The all new refurbished Bistro is re-opening it's doors in time for the Easter Holidays

Having undergone major refurbishment Bistro on the beach is making the most of its enviable position on the Southbourne
Promenade with its stunning views of the Polar Bear and The Needles to the Purbeck Peninsula.
The extensive renovation will benefit our guests with a new take-away facility wich has been added to the Bistro as well as
much needed rest rooms. Our regular guests will also notice the new bar and the table service all of which will provide
further comfort and enjoyment to the “Art of Relaxing at the Bistro on the Beach” wherethere it be at breakfast, lunch or lazying
away the afternoons and early evenings watching the sun seting over the glorious Bournemouth Bay.
The new menu will provide something for all taste’s and times of the day, from the established favorites to some more creative
influences to reflect the changing seassons. The new menu includes a Nibbles Selection during the warm summer evenings when
the Bistro will stay open till the sun goes down, offering a more casual style of dinning. The Bistro’s kitchen will rely on as much
locally sourced produce from the land and sea as it can, and where local suppliers are not available, the Bistro will not
hesitate to go further a field to find quality alternatives.
Bistro on the Beach believes in and supports a green agenda, using organic produce supported by good animal husbandry,
renewable energy and recycling.
